These terms of use govern access to and use of the website www.studioscanopee.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and the services offered by STUDIOS CANOPÉE. By accessing the Site, you unreservedly accept these terms.

All elements of the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, and databases, are the exclusive property of STUDIOS CANOPÉE or its partners. Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, in whole or in part, of these elements, without prior authorization from STUDIOS CANOPÉE, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement.

STUDIOS CANOPÉE undertakes to make its best efforts to ensure the accessibility of the Site. However, STUDIOS CANOPÉE cannot guarantee permanent access or uninterrupted operation. In the event of difficulty accessing or using the Site, the customer is invited to contact STUDIOS CANOPÉE.

The prices of the services offered by STUDIOS CANOPÉE are not displayed on the Site. They are the subject of a detailed estimate. Once the estimate has been validated by the customer, an invoice will be sent. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. A 50% deposit is required when validating the estimate.

Due to the nature of the services provided, no withdrawal period applies. Validation of the quote commits the customer and marks the start of the work.

The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when requesting a quote. The customer is also responsible for validating the proof (BAT) with the printer. STUDIOS CANOPÉE cannot be held responsible for any consequences, errors or problems that may arise following this validation, including, but not limited to, printing errors, production delays, or any other claim related to the production of visual media.

STUDIOS CANOPÉE strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Site. However, STUDIOS CANOPÉE cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions, nor for the results obtained from the use of this information. The Site may contain links to third-party sites, over which STUDIOS CANOPÉE has no control and for which it declines all responsibility.

STUDIOS CANOPÉE undertakes to comply with the regulations in force relating to the protection of personal data, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The personal data collected on the Site are necessary for the management of customer requests.

The information collected is used exclusively by STUDIOS CANOPÉE within the framework of the commercial relationship. Customers have a right of access, rectification and opposition to their personal data, which they can exercise by contacting STUDIOS CANOPÉE.

STUDIOS CANOPÉE reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. The modifications will be published on the Site and will come into force as soon as they are posted online.

These terms of use are governed by French law, in particular by the Civil Code and the Consumer Code. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
